Regal Communications was appointed the sole specialist fibre optic service company to fusion splice and test over 90,000 OM3 fibre terminations in new major European Data center’s in Docklands and London. This major global prestigious company chose an Intelligent LAN infrastructure solution to facilitate their requirements.
Our task had to be completed, terminated and tested, and handed over to the client in 12 weeks a huge task made achievable by an excellent close working relationship with our client.
We provided one of the biggest teams of specialist fibre technicians on any contract this year supported by a senior project manager and all of the latest fusion splicing and testing equipment available.
Regal Communications delivered this project and many other prestigious contracts on time and have a vast second to none amount of experience in managing these types of contracts.
“Regal Communications completes Phase One of a Data Centre in South East England in only 20 days”
Regal Communications successfully completes the first phase of a new Data Centre in South East England. This Phase of the project was the first of six and was subject to a demanding timescale.
Phase One was for the installation of 86 x Racks and the installation, termination and testing of 5000 fibre optic cable ends and 2500 Category 6 outlets. This Phase was completed in 20 days utilising only a single shift pattern.
With clever Project Management and technicians selected for each aspect of the project Regal Communications delivered the project to the client on time and to an extremely high standard.
“Regal Communications Installs and Commissions a Brand Rex SMARTPatch project in the City of London”
Regal Communications have utilised their recently awarded SMARTPatch accreditation and successfully installed and commissioned an Intelligent Network for Aspect Capital in the City of London.
The network comprised of 1500 Category 5e outlets and a fibre optic backbone linking the Comms Rooms. Working closely with the Prime Contractor it was possible to successfully install the network with the minimum disruption to all the existing services.
